Can a manager give out my address to other employees?

I was off today, my job tries calling me in for a shift, I was asleep so didn’t answer or listen to the voicemail yet because I was asleep, so about 2 hrs later there is a banging at my door my dogs are going crazy so

when I answer it it’s a co-worker, I asked how they got my address, I am a private person very few people know where I live, he told me the manager gave it to him out of the work computer system. I am wondering is this a violation of my privacy, to say the least or is this harrasment, I didn’t answer a phone call so they send a basic crew member to my door to try and force me to work on a day off, without my permission to just hand out my home address.

Unless prohibited from doing so under the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, an employer can give out an worker's home address for businsess related reasons. The fact is that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
