Under the laws of all states disability benefits are excluded from levy and garnishment so long as the disability checks are not commingled in a general account of the judgment debtor. From what you have written, there is the potential that a judgment concenring a second mortgage resulting from a foreclosure could affect your disability checks if you do not keep payments to you separate as to the disability matter.
