Can a cop issue a warrant after he took my ticket?

I made a deal with the cop to give information. About 5 days later we met up and he gave me my money back and took my ticket. He is now texting me saying I need to give him more information or is going to issue a warrant.

Only a judge can issue a warrant against a person. Based upon what you have written, you have a police officer acting badly. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney in your locality to assist you. One can be found on
