Can you date? Yes, you can date at any age in Florida. But defining "dating" is really the issue. Can her parents get involved? If she is an unemancipated minor then they absolutely can get involved. She is still their responsibility. Think long and hard here. If things get out of control it can get nasty and dengerous for you even if the age of consent is 16. Good luck.
