Bench warrant and my passport

Would your US Passport be flagged for a suspected alcohol related driving offense where 2 bench warrants were issued for initial failures to appear? They are misdemeanors. I’m trying to see if a person already has a Passport would they be detained if they fly using it.

If a person tries to travel through a port, it is possible that a person would be detained or arrested if the bench warrant was active at the time they were trying to pass through the port with their passport.  The same could happen if the person was pulled over on a traffic stop and warrants were still active.
With regard to accounts.... people's accounts are not generally seized or frozen just because they have a bench warrant.  Accounts that get frozen or seized are usually related to imbezzlement, drug trafficking, or some type of fraud offense. There has to be a connection between the offense and the funds sought to be seized.
