The Texas Code of Criminal Procedure contains provisions for "expunging" arrest records, court records, and criminal history record information.

You should get a copy of your criminal history that is maintained by the Texas Department of Public Safety. You should also seek the advice of a lawyer to determine if your qualify for the expungement of your record.

Here is the Texas Department of Public Safety website with more information, a link to the Code of Criminal Procedure, and a link with instructions on how to obtain a copy of your record: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/administration/crime_records/pages/juvenilecriminalhistoryrecords.htm.
