I'm really unclear as to your situation here.  If you could provide some coherent facts that would be most helpful.  For one thing, what kind of training?  Additionally, on what basis is the seller refusing to go forward with the terms of the contract?  Also what, if anything,  does the contract provide for a breach such as this?

Again details would be most appreciated.
