example. Real estate transactions and
uber driving OR Real Estate
transactions and a real estate related
business app.

You can absolutely do this: there is no limitation or restriction on how many different types or lines of business may be operated under a single business structure (e.g. an llc or corporation) and also no requirement that the different businesses have any relationship to each other.
