The answer to your question will likely depend upon your employer's policy.  Check your employee handbook to see if the company addresses the issue.  However, if the handbook is silent, case law suggests that courts will often award accrued vacation time to employees who have been terminated. If it's a substantial amount of money, you may want to contact an employment attorney.
