Am I entitled to a 50/50 split of property that was inheritred from my wife’s family?

I and my wife are in process of separation. We have house and prop that is in both of our names. It was inherit. from her side of the family.

The general rule is that property that is acquired through inheritance is searate property except if it can be shown that there is an intention to make it marital property.  Here your wife put the property is in your name which can be seen as an intention to make it marital property.   Seek legal help.  Good luck.
