Am I entitled to an inheritance if my brother is on my mother’s property title and she died without a Will?

My mother died 16 years ago without a Will. My brother was on title for her house. About 12 years ago, my brother removed my mom from the property and put his wife on the title. I know many years have passed and I want to know if I am entitled to an inheritance.

If your mother's name was not on title to the property at the time of her death, then she had no legal interest in it. Therefore, if she didn't then, you have no claim now. However, as her heir, you are entitled to a share in any other property that he may have left unless the time to claim it in her state (the statute of limitations) has run.
