What is the impact of my ex-husband’s cohabitation on my alimony?

So I need to make some clarifications here.  1., that your ex-husband is paying alimony to you; and 2., that you have an agreement that states something like alimony ceases upon cohabitation.  The cohabitation is YOUR cohabitation, not his.  Even if he remarries he has to pay you based upon the parameters of your agreement.  Good luck.
