If after being arrested for a DUI, a small amount off marijuana was found in my car that was not mine, how should I proceed?

Now I am also being charged with possession.

These are very serious charges and you need to get legal help.  There is a presumption that the illegal substance found in your car is yours and that has to be rebutted.  Dealing with the DUI alone is going to be daunting so please get egal help.
