If you were served with a subpoena to attend a court proceeding that seems to have the incorrect date upon it, I recommend that the best way to resolve the apparent mistake is to call the attorney who signed the subpoena that you were served with about the apparent mistake.

The best way to rectify the problem is to have an amended subpoena served upon you by the person signing the original one. The date on the subpoena you were served with dictates your time and date of appearance. This is why you need to call the person who issued it about the mistake to clear it up.
