Would it make sense to file for divorce and declare bankruptcy at the same time?
Question Details: It's time for my wife and me to divorce. Also, we have about $100K in debts that I believe will never get repaid. Since I want to file divorce anyhow, should I just declare bankruptcy, too, and get it all done at once? Would that be easiest for my wife and me?
