Would I be able to transfer my current H1B to a company of which I am co-founder and minority shareholder?

Yes, you are entitled to hire yourself even if you are a 100% owner, so long as you comply with all other rquirenments of a regular H1 visa (i.e. LCA, education, salary, ability to pay, etc.)
