Employment and Labor Law Answers

Whether or not the teachers go on strike, you have to honor the terms of your employment and any employment agreement or contract you have, and the school has to honor its terms. That means that if you would normally have to work on a day, you need to show up for work and stay your normal hours (or until released)--even if the school just wants to sit there and bide your time.
