Question Details: If I was the second beneficiary on my grandmothers will and my dad(the first beneficary)died but he left overthing to his wife(my stepmother),does his will override my gradmothers?

You should take both Wills to an attorney to read and interpret.  How the assets from the estates are distributed depends on how the wills are written, who died when (first, second), etc. 

Also, you may have rights to your Father's estate you are not aware of at this point, including contesting the Will.  But be aware that Will contests are expensive and can be addressed in the Will itself in a "no contest" clause.  Good luck.
