Will/Trust

Question Details: My Grandfather recently passed away. My Aunt said she is in charge, but I think I might also be on there. I asked for a copy, and she said she didn't have time to give me a copy. I know I have to now request via certified mail, but how long does she have to respond or provide me with a copy? I believe it is a trust, but not 100% sure.
