Will my insurance pay for damages caused by my son who was driving a rental car?
Question Details:
I rented a car and added my son as a driver. I have insurance, but he doesn't. He caused an accident which damaged another car as well as the rental. Will my insurance pay? If not, am I responsible for all the damages? My son had taken the car and refused to return it. I had reported the problem to the rental company and was in the process of reporting the car stolen.
