Will my husband still have to provide health insurance if he changes jobs?
Question Details: I filed for divorce in CA a month ago. My insurance is currently through my husband's employeer. He told me he is quitting his job and moiving to WV. He plans on getting a job that doesn't provide benefits. Will I have to get my own insurance?

You may have to get your own insurance but it really depends on the divorce decree and what happens -- is he doing this to hide assets, avoid support, etc?
