Will I likely get compensated for medical, pain and suffering after getting rear-ended?

Question Details: I was rear-ended at the end of a work day and I seemed fine except for feeling shaken up. I went to work the next morning and did my regular routine. While I lifted my laptop back out of my trunk I hurt my back really bad. There was nothing unusual with my routine, so I figured my back was actually injured by the accident. I spoke with the other party's insurance company & they make it sound like my injuries have nothing to do with the accident and considering there wasn't massive autodamage, the accident was very minor. I afraid they might not compensate me for medical visit, pain, suffering.

Even minor injuries can cause damage.  But we cannot render legal advice to you and tell you if recovery is likely or not because we don't serve as your legal counsel, have not reviewed the evidence, etc.
