Will I be reimbursed for wages lost if I used my weekly indemnity through work which only pays 75% and is deducted for furthur use.

Question Details: The other driver was found at fault for running a stop sign. I missed 7 days of work and used my weekly indemmity through my employer so I did not have a loss of income to deal with. Is the other insurance responsible for paying that back to my employer or me since it is deducted from my available future use?

Have you spoken to an attorney regarding you accident. Having lost wages is typical and the use of vacation or sick time is typically reimbursed when we handle a case. It does depend on the insurance of the other side. If you would be interested in putting in a claim my number is (203)-325-8800.
