Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Florida

Asked on 8/17/2009
Wife wants to refinance the house and take me off the title. We are seperated (not legally) what shoudl I do?
I need some advice....I have been seperated from my wife for over 9 years. She has remained in our home and has made payments and cared for it since then> She is looking to refinance and take my name off the title. We are not divorced and I am wondering what rights do I have in this case, since up till 9 years ago, we bought the house together and my income was going towards paying for the home. Any help would be appreciated!
