why was i notified that i had received my last check after only receiving pay for from 7/15/09 thru 9/30/09.
Question Details: why was i asked and or told that i received my last check when my claim started in 7/15/09 and my doctor has me off until at least 10/1/10 due to cancer of the liver which is not going to get any better ? please explain for reason for that decision.

What sort of a disability (I assume disability) policy was it? How much total coverage, in weeks or dolllars, did it provide you? The first place ot look when there is an insurance question is the policy itself. Policies do not need to provide more than the coverage that was purchased, regardless of how long you would be out of work.
