who is at fault in a rear end wreck
Question Details: I was rear ended by a truck when i did a hard brake for a dog. the other driver got a ticket for following too close. I talked to a lawyer who said it was 50/50 liabilaty because i did a hard brake. Is this true? I thought in Ga it was the fault of the rear driver.
