Question Details: If someone runs a stop sign and gets in an accident it is obviously there fault, but what if the other driver had a suspended driver's license?

Auto Accidents Law Answers

The person who did not stop at the stop sign is still at fault in the accident.  The driver with a suspended license will be facing charges for driving with a suspended license.
