DUI / DWI Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  If you need to driver to school and work, it is worth fighting and I suggest that you hire a lawyer to assist you.  The ticket may be reported to your insurance company as it affects your license.  The law relating to minors caught drinking is usually taken seriously and requires that the minor's license is suspended.  Sometimes the state's atty will let you do community service to avoid the charge.  Hire a lawyer to help you in court as it should only require one day in court.
