Where to incorporate my California based internet company?I'm looking to establish an LLC with 2 other friends. Our business will be cased on a website, but all three of us are located in CA. My questions are: 1) What's the best state to incoporate my business? 2) Does incoporating in Delaware or Nevada provide me with any savings? If I got foreign qualification in CA, do I still get taxed in CA the same way as being a local company in CA?

You're better off incorporating in Nevada because it's cheaper.  No need to use CA.  Not sure what you mean by "foreign qualification"!  Best, Brenda Feigen (Los Angeles)
