When does a court ordered parenting plan end?

Question Details:

I have a court ordered parenting plan from 3 years ago but soon after I got back together with my children's father. I recently had another child with the same father but we have not been together for4 months. Is the previous order still effective or do I need to petition again?

I am so sorry that things did not work out for the two of you after you got back together and had another child.  The parenting plan that you originally entered in to - and was court approved I assume - did not cover the new child that the two of you had.  So I think that it would be in your best interest to go back to Court and petition to amend the plan to include the new baby in it as well.  You can also discuss any changes that you think should be made. Some times when you agree to the plan it looks good on paper but in reality it does not work too well.  And you need support for the new baby too. Good luck.
