What will happen with both my houses if my wife divorces me?

Question Details:

We've been married 1 year and 4 months. We both work. No cheating. Before we got married, I owned a house. That house has been leased out the entire time of marriage. The tenant covers the loan taxes and insurance for the house the entire time. In 08/09 my parents gave me 20,000. We used it to pay some debt, and a down payment on the house we live in. That house loan is in my name only but her name is on the deed. We've only made 2 payments so far. She can't get a loan for the house in her name. Her name is nowhere on the first house. What claim does she have to the houses ?
