What will happen if I break in to someones apartment to put their garbage back?
Question Details: I didn't take anything. No one was home. The garbage sat outside their door and was stinking up the entire apartment building.

Breaking and Entering is anytime you attempt to break into someones home/dwelling/property and then enter into the property without the owners permission, regardless of your intent, and regardless of whether you took something or not. This is not a burglary because no items were stolen, but is can still be considered a breaking and entering because you would have to more than likely open a locked door or open a closed door and enter the property without the consent of the owner of the property.
