I am a licensed MO attorney who has handled many DUI cases. Have you had any prior DUI's? Did you have insurance? Was anyone hurt? I need more information. Feel free to email me at sean@roadlawyer.net or call me at 913 441 5025 to discuss this further.

I'm not a Missouri attorney, but my research suggests that a first offense DUI in your state is a Class B misdemeanor, and the jail sentence can be as much as six months.

To avoid jail time -- or to get as little time as possible, I'd suggest having a lawyer represent you.  He or she will be able to pull together and present whatever facts of your case are helpful.
