Question: Auto Accidents - New York

what should i do in regards to an accident that happened on 6/09 that resulted in a passenger getting hurt, alcohol was involved about 3 hours prior
went out and drank one drink, waitied more than 2 hrs before driving, there was wet roads, loss traction and swiped a guard rail. passenger bumped her head on the window, and is now suing
