It is the same as in CA.  If there are insurance policies for the at fault driver or if you have uninsured or underinsured coverage on your own policy you can recover up to the policy limits.  If I can be of further assistance please contact me.

My practice is not in Nevada, however, there should not be any limit on recovery.  The only limit may be due to the insurance policy limits, and/or the assets of the defendant.  Further, there are situations where you can recover additional damages from your own policy if you have underinsurance coverage.  There are certain rules as to when that would come into play.
