What legal recourse do I have against someone who is publicly disclosing my personal, private credit information?

Question Details:

In a divorce I retained ownership of the home. My ex-wife was severed from all property rights. She since has obtained mortgage payment history information and is publicly disclosing that information. Where can I read law that prohibits such actions and take recourse? I not only seek to have the offense prosecuted, but I seek compensations.

Invasion of privacy includes the public disclosure of private facts which would include your mortgage payment history information.  You could file a lawsuit for invasion of privacy.  Invasion of privacy is a civil claim.  Prosecution is only for criminal matters.

You can read about invasion of privacy at the law library.  A place to start would be in Pleading and Practice in the index under invasion of privacy.  Another good source of information would be in the Civil Code index again under invasion of privacy.  These sources will direct to you cases on invasion of privacy.
