Question Details: What laws are there regarding price adjustments in California? Do businesses need to give you price adjustments within a certain time frame of your purchase (i.e. a price adjustment within 7 days if a sale is not reasonably advertised)?

I am not aware of any such law covering this situation.  I believe that adjusting prices within a specified time of a sale is not a matter of state or federal law, but rather a matter of individual store policy.  However, if you would like to check further as to this I am including a link to the CA Department of Consumer Affairs; specifically the section pertaining to the laws on advertising (note, both state and fedral laws are referenced):
