I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. You should try to locate a lawyer that practices probate law and litigates cases. You will be able to find a lawyer like this on this website. If you cannot locate one, i suggest that you google a probate lawyer in your town. this case will be expensive as you will have to litigate the validity of whether or not your daughter unduly influenced your mom to alter the beneficiary on her life insurance policy.
