What is the waiting period, husband and wife , from bed and broad until divorce

There is no longer separate from bed and board.  In order to obtain a divorce, you and your spouse would have to live apart six months if there are no children of the marriage or one year if there are children.  If you and your spouse contracted a covenant marriage, the waiting periods would be longer.
