What is the statute of limitations for DUI in South Carolina?

The statute of limitations is not what I think you are referring to here.  My guess is that you want to know how far back will the court look when imposing a penalty for a subsequent offense.  This is know as the "look back" period; in South Carolina the look back period is 10 years.

Note:  The offense is still on your record, it just won't be used for purposes of imposing a sentence for another offense.
