What is the longest period of time that can go by before an individual can sue another over a car accident?
What is the longest period of time that can go by before an individual can sue another over a car accident, that resulted in the victim having spine and neck trauma, was not at fault, and the individual that is at fault was driving a company vehicle? Is there such a thing as too late?
