What is the guickest and easiest way to have a protective order lifted?
Question Details:
My wife had a protective order put against me 4 months ago, which was good for a year. She recently moved out of state and we both want to have the order lifted, so I may live in our house here. What would be our quickest and easiest option? She is hoping to take care of it without having to come back to due to the financial aspect.
