What is the best way to get home detention with (or without) permit to drive to work for 3rd DUI in California?
Question Details: I'm bi-polar, became manic during a med change, and got my 3rd DUI in 10 years, after 5 yrs of sobriety. How can I get house arrest instead of jail? Can I work on house arrest?
