I was talking to a neighbor when my dog bit their dog and caused injury. My neighbor wants me to pay the vet bill. What is my responsibility?

This attorney is licensed in Pennsylvania
It would not be unreasonable to expect that a small claims court would award the other owner the vet bill, plus costs and expenses if they file suit.
