Question Details: Stopped paying mortgage received summons answered summons, then did not hear anything for almost a year till received Lack of Prosecution Document. Need to know what this Means
Lack of prosecution means that nothing happened on the case and the judge is asking the lender why the case should not be dismissed. The lender/plaintiff will most likely respond and try to move the case forward.
