What happens after my second possesion of marijuana charge?
Question Details: My first affence was selling in school, i was expelled and had to take a 3 day **** class. I was charged with posseision under an ounce and possession of paraphernilia. A couple months later I was walking down the street and I got smelled out by a k-9. I was charges with possession of marijuana under an ounce.

Maximum penalty for possessing under 1 ounce of marijauna in Colorado is a $100 fine - so if you decline to be put on 'probation' that is the most they can do to you. I asume they do not hav any evidenc eyou were selling (baggies, scale, etc.) as that is a felony regardless of amount for sale.
