What do I need to do about refiling Bankruptcy after being dismissed for non payment?
Question Details: While in bankruptcy I lost my job and by the time I found a new job they dismissed my case. I have recently found a new job and I'm trying to keep my car. What can I do to save it?

In order to refile your bankruptcy case, you need to file the same petition and paperwork that you filed initially to start your bankruptcy case. You need to update your informationo on the petition. Make sure you update your petition with your current income and expenses, along with any payments you are behind on. You may need to also file a motion to continue the stay depending on how long ago your bankruptcy case was dismissed.
