What do I have to do in order to move out of state with my child?

Never married and no one has custody but I have applied for child support.

If paternity has been established, even through a child support order, then you need to petition the court for permission to relocate, unless he is willing to consent to the relocation. If he is willing to consent, then you need to get it in writing and also set forth what the new long distance time sharing arrangement will be. If he is not willing to consent, then you will need to get court approval prior to relocation.
