What control do I have as executrix of mothers estate. Houses(2) we TOD to me and 3 sisters. Contents to be divided equally among us and our brother.
Question Details: am having conflict with division of Houseehold goods mainly sentimental value non-descript items. Sisters angry because I have not given out keys to Housee. I have not cleared Housee out yet and they went in and took things out with out my permission. Their atty. said they could take anything they want. I am responsible and feel I should be allowed to withhold assess to Housee until I have taken care of everything? What power do I have as executrix over my sisters?
