What can I do legally to keep brother away from my family and property(car)?

Question Details: He had his wife call me to inform me neighbor, who lives underneath me, paid muy next door neighboor to slash all 4 of my tires. He would be a witness to what he was told on a phone conversation after the incident. My brother and my 2 neighboors have a **** related relationship(they sell and shoot up heroin together). He agreed to meet me somewhere where we can talk privately but he was a no show. I came home to park my car in my landlord's garage she came out and told me my brother was downstairs w/ my neighbor. conspiracy? I don't associate w/him because of his lifestyle, maybe jelousy?

Do you have solid proof and not simply hearsay this happened? Did you call the police after it happened and tell them you have suspicions it was your brother and neighbors?

You may wish to contact the police and discuss the situation.  If so, you should consider contacting a lawyer to help you obtain a temporary restraining order which could become a permanent one if the facts are such that the judge deems it appropriate.
